    乐清市阀门厂是中国船舶工业联营企业，中国船用机械标准化技术委员会通讯委员，全国阀门标准化技术委员会通讯委员，中国船舶工业经济技术协作网成员单位，机械工业阀门科技信息网成员单位，乐清市船舶行业协会会员单位，温州市泵阀工业协会副会长单位，浙江省船舶行业协会理事单位，中国船舶行业协会会员单位。

    本厂地理位置优越，座落在温州港黄华码头、七里港码头附近，南邻瓯江，温州飞机场，离乐清动车站１５公里，离温州火车站40公里；北接国家级风景区-雁荡山；紧依中国电器城及柳市104国道线；海陆空交通极为方便。

　　本厂创办于1969年，专业生产船用阀门及其附件，是浙南地区最早生产阀门的工厂之一。新建厂房占地12000多平方米，环境优美。工厂现拥有各类先进的生产和检验设备，技术力量雄厚，工艺先进，工装齐全，并有严格的质量保证体系和完善的测试设备。积有四十多年的生产管理和实践经验，并已通过了中国船级社ISO9001质量保证体系认证。出厂产品质量实行三包，并由中国人民保险公司质量承保。历年来凭借先进的生产管理和严格的质量要求及热情周到的售后服务，积极满足客户要求，赢得广大用户的信赖与好评，产品畅销全国及世界各地。

　　本厂产品均采用国标GB、部标CB、JB、日标JIS、美标、德标、外贸标准CBM等技术文件及图纸制造，现品种已达200多个系列，2000多个规格。材质采用：铸钢、铸铁、铸铜、锻钢、不锈钢、衬氟塑料，衬胶等。

　　本厂于1995年获得了中国船舶工业总公司船用阀门产品生产许可证，再于1999年通过了许可证验审发证。通过了船舶检验局ZC型式认可，农业部渔船检验局ZY工厂认可，中国船级社CCS型式认可，通过法国船级社BV工厂认可，以及意大利、德国、日本、韩国等各大船级社的认可。95年“乐”牌商标被选入“中国知名商标”，并获得了中国机械工业部“阀门质量全国统检合格证书”，获得船检局温州检验处“讲信誉，重质量”，“质量信誉优胜企业”荣誉证书，被评为“浙江省产品质量创优单位”，获得“浙江省优质阀门产品”证书，获得温州市泵阀协会“行业优秀产品”证书，“乐清名牌产品”，“实用新型专利证书”等证书。厂长倪林超获得中国船舶工业联营企业“优秀厂长”，获得黄华镇“先进生产工作者”等称号。

    Yueqing City Valve Factory is a membership of CSEMC, Technical Committees of The People’s Republic of China on Marine Machinery Standardization, Standardization of Administration of The People’s Republic of China on valves, Economical technique Collaboration website of Marine Industry of China, Technology information website of Machinery Industry Valve, Yueqing Marine Industry Association; vise president of Wenzhou Pump & Valve Industry Association; director of Zhejiang Marine Industry Association; membership of CANSI.

    The Factory was founded in 1969, specialized in the production of marine valves and accessories, is one of the earliest factories starting manufacturing valves in southern region of Zhejiang Province.
    The new plant, covers an area of 12000 square meters, is surrounded by beautiful environment. Nowadays, the factory possess all sorts of advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, strong technical forces, advanced craftwork, full set of tooling equipment, and has strict quality guarantee system and excellent testing equipment. Having been manufacturing and managing marine valves and accessories for more than 40 years, the factory has acquired China Classification Society ISO9001 quality guarantee system certificate. The factory implements after sales of three guarantees for all end products. The quality of all end products are assured by People’s Insurance Company of China. Over the years, with advanced manufacturing and managing system, strict quality system, and thoughtful after sale services, the factory has obtained numerous loyal customers and great reputation in valve industry in southern region of Zhejiang province, even in the whole area of China. The products are popular in the domestic and foreign market.

    The manufacturing process is based on the technical document and blueprint of all sorts of national and international valve producing standards including GB, CB, JB, JIS, ABS, GL, and CMR. Currently, the factory has 200 series of valve products and 2000 product specifications. Product material: cast steel, cast iron, cast copper, forged steel, stainless steel, fluorine plastic, rubber lining, etc..

    In 1995, the factory acquired license of manufacturing valve products from China State Shipbuilding Corporation(CSSC), and in 1999, the factory is permitted to license valve products to customers. The Factory has acquired all sorts of certificate including ZC, ZY, CCS, BV, RINA, GL, JIS, and KR. In 1995, the “乐” brand won the title of “Chinese Famous Brand”, meanwhile, the factory acquired the certificate of “national qualified valve products” from China Machinery Industry Association, awarded the certificate of “high credibility and quality ” and “valved enterprise on credibility and quality” from Ship Inspection Bureau of Wenzhou department, evaluated as “high quality product unit in Zhejiang province, obtained certificate of “high quality valve product in Zhejiang Province”, obtained the certificate of “outstanding product in valve industry” from Wenzhou Valve and Pump Association, the certificate of “Yueqing famous product”, and the certificate of “Utility Mode Patent”. Director Linchao NI was named as “outstanding director” among CSEMC, and won the title of “outstanding production worker” in Huanghua District.
